Our Story

Buildwell Behaviour was born from a vision: to transform behaviour support in Australia.

We saw the same gaps appear time and again—limited workforce capacity, inconsistent supervision, compliance risks, and a lack of practical, evidence-based training across all levels of service. Buildwell Behaviour was created to close those gaps.

We believe behaviour support can, and should, be better.

Our founder brings over 20 years of experience across behaviour support, disability services, crisis management, and clinical governance—having seen first-hand where the system delivers and where it fails.

From designing and reviewing thousands of positive behaviour support plans, to leading major programs across non-profits, government, and allied health, our founder has also delivered national training for support workers, behaviour practitioners, and senior leaders—ensuring that evidence-based, practical knowledge reaches every level of service delivery.
